After closer inspection of the re-painted passenger side A-Pillar/Quarter panel area I feel that the job came out average. There are things that I did notice that could’ve been done better. I brought my car to you guys based on recommendations and because of that I had higher expectations. At the end of the day, my car got fixed and I can now move forward.

The rear bumper was pointing down and had to readjusted. The driver door handle molding pops out 1/8 inch when you open the door.

DG was so wonderful to work with! Dan provided a quote for me on the spot, which ended up being more than half less than the other quote I received from another shop, and unlike that other shop, I didn’t have to call him multiple times to get the quote. Great service!

If I had to sum up my experience with DG Collisions into one sentence I’d say: Honest pricing, great work, and excellent customer service. Honestly, super great job. After I walked in and got the estimate on replacing my rocker panel, it felt honest and real, and more than that I felt comfortable in their ability to do the job well. They kept me updated and got the work done in a quick and efficient manner. I went to three other body shops and was quoted well above what I knew the repair should cost. One Stop Bodyshop quoted $2,000 and LA Collision quoted $1,450. I’m sure those body shops also do good work, but I rather not feel like I’m paying for the down payment of their new car on top of the cost of my replacement. DG’s estimate ended up being around $1200, which was in the line I expected. They blended the paint to perfection, the replacement was done well, and the car came back clean, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I hope I won’t have to stop by again anytime soon. If I do need work done, though, I know where to go.
