Manager is not a follow up leader, but he skirted the problem to a women that runs the delivery of finished cars.

Manager of facility did not address a situation and concern of my last visit there, The work done was good.. the personal service of a curtesy conversation was not given but ignored. A Manager like that should be in the leading position.

Overall I finally got my car back. However throughout the process I would told different and conflicting things while my car was in the shop. It made my skeptic and worrisome about my car. Next time, better to communicate with the customer accurately and not send mixed messages. But when I did get my car it was clean and washed and repaired. Thanks
