I brought my car in to have my passenger side front fender replace. I have ran into a cabinet in my garage. Only damage was to me fender and front passenger side fender. I was quoted one price. When I took my car in they stated it would take up to 3 days. Never hear anything from avenue at all in those three days. I finally called on the third day at lunch. My car was still not done. I finally went to avenue after work on the third day. When I went to pick up the car avenue stated that they replace the fender and the whole front clip and bummper on the car. I DID NOT APPROVE THEM TO REPLACE THE BUMMPER ON THE CAR!!!! Nor did they ever call me to make sure it should have been done. They charged my for this. After arguing with the front desk person he told me that avenue will not charge me for the bummper. Very frustrating that noone ever called me about anything with my car. At least they made it right in the end.
