Would only recommend if no other shop is willing to work on it. This is not how we deal with repairs in Germany, even “cheaper” shops. Too bad you pride yourself in that niche.

So far so good. Looks like nothing has ever happened to my car. All sensors working. But when I pulled off the lot the headlight right front was out. Now I gotta deal with that. They were not able to reset my oil either.and there was a rubber “scratch” on the front bumper on driver side. I took a picture before I left the lot and it was not there. Most of it came off when polishing it

Back and forth with insurance even tho they deal with state farm on the regular. Car was in there for almost two months for a bumper replacement. Then it was settled with insurance and while I was on vacation Tyler told me that I owe over 2k dollars which ruined my whole vacation, keeping me from doing stuff because I thought I had to save up that money in case he is right. Comes out 5! Days later that he was not right. So I could’ve done all the fun stuff on vacation. Very frustrating. Then on my messages was only replied periodically. I also was promised they would detail the car again before I pick it up. Nope. Dust and rain residue on all over the car. Had to go get the windshield cleaned because I couldn’t see through in the afternoon Sun. All the other ladies were very friendly and helpful.

They held on to the car for over a month. Had a lot of issues on their end. It was a terrible and stressful experience for me and my husband. We will never come back here again. The car only needed to be taken there because of an accident. We will go somewhere else if anything like this happens again. But at least the first week the car was there it seemed okay. Then went downhill from there.

Despite multiple options for method of communication (phone, email, text( it was difficult to get responses in a timely fashion for updated on repairs, and status of negotiations with insurance to cover the expense. While in the end there was no out of pocket for me, I did not have a clear idea that was the case until I picked up my car and paid the final bill. I appreciate the efforts undertaken to secure the repairs without expense for this no-fault accident, however the communication from AWC can be improved.
