Overall, I was very impressed with the staff and the work done at AW. I had an insurance company that did not have them as a part of their network, but my manufacturer recommended them after an accident. They worked well with the adjuster from my insurance company and frankly I did not have to get involved in those discussions at all. Very pleased with the outcome at AW.

AW collision offered outstanding service during the repair of my vehicle. Tyler kept me informed during the process and the final outcome of the repairs looked OEM. However I’m rating it a 8 out 10 because a trim panel wasn’t installed and the detail job was sloppy leaving streaks on the leather and brake dust on the wheels.

Kyle Coburn was great to work with. He explained the process of coordination with the insurance company covering the damage to my car and addressed my concerns. Once my car was in the shop and being repaired, I received updates on status of the work. When I picked up my car at completion, it looked amazing. Very pleased with the results! Thank you!!
