I count not get a guess of when my car would be ready. Once it was close to being ready, apparently the front bumper was damaged on the reinstall, and delivery was further delayed.

Once I drove the car home, I noticed that a part on the front bumper was missing and the car, after having been through detail, required me buff out the hood to remove lines left by the detail.

Since I collected my car is not in my power. Is at the BMW Shop as per requested by the BMW Corps of Engineers. They are doing tests. I have a rental car. I noticed that the work has some issues. The hood is not aligned like is supposed to be like in the left side. The hood is over the head lamp by a significant gap. I reported by text, but since I don't have the car I can't take it to AW collision. I sent the car pictures to Ben. Despite this issue, the team was super informative and kept me aware of next steps. Great connect and customer service.
