let’s start with Patrick, personality Plus I’d rate him on a scale of one to 10. He’s 11+. And then there’s the gentleman that took care of my car and I apologize his name begin with a D Don Dan I’m sorry I don’t remember he was awesome. Awesome awesome awesome. You have a great crew there great crew. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car in there both times I got hit. Luckily it’s never been my fault, but your team has always been great to me. I highly highly would recommend your outfit.

I have been to B and B 3 times now. Each time the customer service has been above and beyond. The repair is so good I don't even know which parts have been repaired. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and they do not treat me like a stereotypical woman, they treat me like a person. I would recommend B and B to everyone. The partnership they have with Enterprise also helps make things easy.

The vehicle was picked up on Friday (received a phone call that the vehicle was done which it was not). I had to take off work on a Tuesday morning return the vehicle from Grover Beach for completing the bumper cover polishing (the clear coat had sags and fish eyes) and cleaning the drivers side seat and door handle. I was informed that the vehicle finishing would be completed promptly Tuesday morning; it was not completed until 4:30 pm Tuesday.
