Every time I called whoever answered the phone was always polite and quickly got a response for me. The day I picked up my truck I didn’t notice until I got home but the wrong wheel was installed on my truck. I called the shop and spoke to Jeremy he asked me to bring the truck back up so he could look at it. When I got back to the shop he was coming out the door before I could even get my truck parked. He looked it over and immediately said he was ordering the right wheel and that he would need my truck back for about half a day. Great team to work with
