Jeremy Richardson was very helpful . He communicated effectively, and adressed any concerns i had with my vehicle, including talking directly to my Insurance companies about the body work and paint as well as any additional damages that my vehicle sustained. Overall, i was impressed with the body work and paint for my vehicle.

There is a strong paint smell in the car. I realize the door was painted; however maybe it should not have been returned immediately after painting. I have placed baking soda boxes in car. Otherwise customer service was superior.

I chose to go with B&G Auto for my claim due to the reviews I saw online. It was first time processing and going through with a claim. I’m pretty sure I won’t utilize another auto body shop because they did not disappoint! I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say their name but I will anyway because they deserve the recognition. The lady, at the front desk with glasses and blonde hair (I’m forgetting her name at the moment) and Mr. Troy, the gentleman who worked on my car, made the process super simple. I picked up my car within a week and have been receiving compliments ever since. It’s my first car, so I was nervous leaving it but they took great care of it. Thank you again!
