Jim (front desk with Diane) was super helpful. He slapped some laquer thinner on there for me, and reduced scope of work to just replacing the taillight. Then when I agreed to have you do the taillight replacement, he went out and slapped on a little wax where the thinner had taken it away. Just above and beyond. You guys rock.
