After receiving my vehicle back from repairs there were still some concerns with the cab shaking, and oil leaking. I brought it back to have them look it over and they recommended i rotate my tires to solve my concern, and that there was no leaks. Upon rotating the tires myself I noticed a crucial part missing that my vehicle needs for the tires and wheels, and that there was a bunch of oil underneath my vehicle. I am not satisfied at all as I have had to call the store back multiple times

I was very pleased with Marcus. He kept me updated on the progress on the repair. My only disappointment was, all of the dust that was on the back seat of the driver's side of the car seat. The right thing to do was to vacuum to remove. Thanks

I am pleased with with how my 2024 GMC Terrain looks after being fixed. I think B St Collision is a very professional and organized company. Allstate recommended B Street Collision and I'm glad they did. Professional and business like from the moment I dropped my vehicle off. They kept me informed constantly of the progress and how long it was going to take. I ended up getting my Terrain back a week earlier than expected. My car looks like new and I couldn't be more pleased. I haven't dealt with a lot of body shops, however B Street Collision comes across as a 'well oiled machine'. Would highly recommend them to my friends if one of them needed the use of a body shop.
