It amazes me the perfection in my repair! My car was a major disaster in the back area. So nice to have it back and beautiful as it was before. Their communication with me was constant and let me know approximate date they would have it done and they were right on time; exactly.

The communication with me regarding when the car would be done was constant and they actually were right on time. The car looks fantastic. Went from a very damaged from the bumper to the sides. It looks looking brand new! All employees were so professional and kind. I would definitely recommend them.

The entire process was perfect. Heleena was fantastic working with my daughter in explaining all the work that would be done and providing a detailed quote that allowed her to easily compare one shop’s work to another’s. During the repair, James and Jeremy untangled a mess that the Insurance company created and then kept me well informed of their progress from start to finish.

The repaired door appears to have been closed when it wasn't aligned properly, creating new scratches on the inside of the door. The gasket around the door handle of the repaired rear driver's door isn't clipped in place and sticks out. There's some kind of marks/scuffs on the roof of the car (which wasn't damaged when it went in). There's scuff marks from the crash that were missed in the repair process. Driver's door pillar above the door handle and in the paint on the rear door.
