The front of my vehicle had been hit by another car. That driver’s insurance company recommended Hendrick Collision for the repair. Chelsea at Hendrick handled my claim. Throughout the process (initial examination of the damage, ordering parts, scheduling the work, overseeing the work, communication with me) Chelsea was OUTSTANDING! Her efficiency getting everything done and her unfailing kindness to me were totally wonderful. AND… the work itself is really beautiful. I thank Chelsea, and I thank the body shop professionals (whose names I regret that I don’t know) for the excellent service I and my vehicle were given. I also thank Hendrick for having these terrific people on its staff.

Chelsea was my contact. There were multiple issues needing repair after the work began. Chelsea was the utmost of professionalism, sincerity and concern about the length of time it took.. but I wanted it correct and she seems to be a perfectionist . She has offered 2 or 3 times for my vehicle to be delivered. My mother on law passed away Sunday and I suffer unrelenting migraines. I thanked her each time and hopefully I am getting my buggy tomorrow. Thank you and yiy have a great employee in Chelsea.
