Box cover was poorly installed, including the top protector on the box. Rock guard adhesive still has bubbles, I could have done better. Interior seats were dirty and a scatch on the driver leather seat.

Automated text messages were misleading and indicated that the truck would be completed on time, then late, Calls extended the completion even further, past the two week estimate and 4 days into my vacation.

I was very satisfied with the repair work but would tell any referral that the promise time might slip near the final stages of the work.

The auto body work was excellent, and the cleanup on the vehicle was great. My only concern was that the vehicle was expected to be finished on Monday, 7/14, and was not ready until late Tuesday afternoon, 7/14 (actually late enough in the day that we could not pick the car up until Wednesday morning). If I had known about the extra time I would’ve obtained a rental car.
