Communication is great, but its excessive when I get multiple update texts and multiple update calls as well in the same day (for several in a row) just letting me know that the vehicle *might* be ready today or tomorrow. Then on the day its actually ready, I get a call half an hour before close with an update (and no one had picked up when I called earlier in the day)
