The service provided by the automotive repair shop was unsatisfactory. Despite their claims of expertise, they failed to address the underlying issue with my vehicle. Instead of repairing the problem, they merely patched it up and met the deadline. Upon receiving the car, I discovered a persistent water leak from the sunroof. This incident has left me with a negative impression of the shop, as it is the most unsatisfactory experience I have had in my lifetime. However, I must acknowledge that the manager of the shop is a kind and understanding individual. He genuinely comprehended my situation and provided assistance in resolving the matter.

Joe B St. because my husband had such a great experience their last year and I have to say my experience was just as great if not better I so appreciate the friendliness The easy to understand quotes the updating process the integration with Enterprise in my case for a rental vehicle that I was able to pick up and drop off at B St. just the attention to detail during what is so often a sensitive time combining financial outlay insurance claim repair of a machine that most of us use every day well done Local crew from Beth at the front desk to Sean to Helena and everyone else behind the scenes, bravo and thank you.

Your crew scratched my wheels and I was not notified and you guys never fixed the paint on passenger side by fender where the door open, even after I addressed it twice and you guys confirmed it would get taken care of but was obviously forgetten about
