The team is great, they communicated with me throughout the job and the work they did was excellent. The repair quality was all I could have hoped for. Communication and early determination of needed parts was not efficiently conducted.

I am totally satisfied with how the car was returned. I was frustrated with the time it took to diagnose the needed parts that unfortunately took about a month for the first two traunches of parts ordered sequentially. The final needed part, thankfully was readily available. The owner intervened at the end to expedite the repair completion, for which I'm thankful.
