Well a simple bumper cover replacement ( paint to match) took 2.5 weeks. Upon delivery the car now has mismatched headlights & the front license plate bracket is crooked. 5 weeks later and 6 phone calls they finally installed matching headlight assemblies and told my wife that they had straightened the front license plate. It’s still not straight, but I will not ever take it back to this place, nor recommend them to others. If asked about them, I can assure you I won’t recommend them! I used to own a collision and restoration center and this was pitiful service!

I have dealt with numerous body shops in my lifetime, NONE of which have been acceptable experiences. Bacon Collision has changed that. Bacon Collision proceeded PERFECTLY with ALL that they quoted. I WILL return if I need body work in the future, and will highly recommend them to anyone who I encounter who needs their service in the future.

I chose this place after getting a few absolutely insane quotes to repair my car after a hit and run. The people here are PHENOMENAL and Hannah kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They are kind and compassionate and the work they did is amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate come here again even though I hope to never have to. I will definitely recommend them to others in need!! John had amazing communication with me thru the whole process and everybody involved every time I had question I would call them and they answered all of them for me with no confusion at all.
