So far the body work and paint looks like it was well done. If it holds up I would recommend and just tell my friends to expect it to take twice as long as promised .

Repair was delayed multiple times without explanation. I was left one message the week before it was supposed to be finished but otherwise just received automated emails that kept bumping my completion date, which ended up being two weeks later. I had to call and was told The owner would call me but that did t happen, until when I called right before it was done. I live an hour out of town so had to return my rental car based on the completion date I was given.

The staff were great upfront, but lacked follow-through with spoken words, especially regarding call-backs. Jim, in the final few days of what was an almost one month repair, made things right, which I truly appreciated!
