It took longer than estimated. I called and was given FALSE INFORMATION about status of the repair. I was told it would be done by Friday because it was out of paint and going to assembly. It was not in pai t yet on Friday.

My car had been rear ended and they did a fantastic job with the bumper, blind spot sensor and quarter panel. They did accidentally scratch the car, but I mention this as a positive because a) they fixed it (I cannot tell) b) they alerted me of it and c) the car came back clean than new, inside and out. They really went above and beyond to correct their accident.

No time promises were made, I was surprised how long it took. 14 working days. Touch ups were welcomed and taken care of with enthusiasm. Attention to detail, and communication with client and repair staff was not as expected. Work at sight of impact was done excellent. Thankyou.
