The employees were ok. I am very unhappy that I have at least 200 more miles on my vehicle with no valid explanation. I never drive my car out of town. I only use it for work and church. Work is approximately 10 miles and church is one mile away from my house. It is impossible for me to use close to 300 miles within 2 weeks.

Outstanding from start to finish. Friends were telling me it would take weeks to get into a repair shop, get parts, labor shortage, etc. Bacon Collision gave me an estimate on Thursday. I called on Friday to schedule. They said Monday was good. Dropped off Monday, picked it up Thursday morning. Repair was excellent and car was clean! Would highly recommend.

Whilein for exterior only repairs, they damaged my car interior, did not tell me, and only paid for the damage after it was Court ordered.
