Badell's Collision is a local, family-owned business with two, state of the art collision repair centers serving vehicle owners in both Delaware and Chester Counties. Opening our first location in Aston, Pennsylvania in 2003, owner Brandon Badel set out to create a company that provides vehicle owners what they truly want in an auto body repair center; quality workmanship, honesty, convenience and an exceptional experience that they can count on every time they visit. This "Customer First" approach combined with Brandon's willingness to go the extra mile has spread throughout the company, helping us grow a loyal base of customers and earn one of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the area. From the moment I first made contact with Badells via Chance I was impressed. She is very efficient and organized. I was surprised when the shop completed two jobs in one day. The Badells team has a repair process that is unmatched by any collision center that I have used in the past. The customer is updated throughout the repair process and that alone is non-existent with other collision centers. The work done on my vehicle is superior quality compared to others in the collision field. I am so impressed with Badells from the moment that I met the receptionist through to my car having the repairs completed that I have not stopped talking about Badell's to whoever will listen. What a great team of people who know the importance of customer service and perform high quality repairs. Also, it was so nice to be able to rent a car at the Badell's location and work with the insurnce adjuster all at one location. Sincerely, I have never experienced anything like Badell's--just a great all around experience. You people know what you are doing. Thank you and take care.
