Badell's Collision is a local, family-owned business with two, state of the art collision repair centers serving vehicle owners in both Delaware and Chester Counties. Opening our first location in Aston, Pennsylvania in 2003, owner Brandon Badel set out to create a company that provides vehicle owners what they truly want in an auto body repair center; quality workmanship, honesty, convenience and an exceptional experience that they can count on every time they visit. I absolutely love Badell's. My first time ever hearing about or going to that place, but I love how they send you txt, emails, pictures and keep your updated about your vehicle. I will use them again if anything happens. (Hopefully nobody else hits me though.)

When I went to pick up my car, I instantly noticed scratches on the front of my car that weren't there when I dropped it off. Janice did not see them when she reviewed the car with me in the garage. She gave it the all clear. She's also conveniently on vacation. She also did not take pictures of these scratches or send them to me with the bumper damage, nor was I informed that these scratches were "found" after I left the facility. I was told they might have been "obscured by salt" and was shown a picture of the scratches which could've been taken after they were made. I was also shown all of this after I paid. Definitely not a satisfied customer and I plan on talking to Janice when she returns from vacation. Unfortunately I couldn't stay to argue since I was on my lunch break.
