Badell's Collision is a local, family-owned business with two, state of the art collision repair centers serving vehicle owners in both Delaware and Chester Counties. Opening our first location in Aston, Pennsylvania in 2003, owner Brandon Badel set out to create a company that provides vehicle owners what they truly want in an auto body repair center; quality workmanship, honesty, convenience and an exceptional experience that they can count on every time they visit. I was going to write earlier but have been busy. So I'll use this to talk. I was met the first day with your friendly secretary (?). Norm was very helpful explaing why he took so many pictures. Repairs were great, the shop taking care of all of the paperwork is great, the clean up was a little hurried. A wire from a microphone above the visor was hanging out and I had to tuck it in the molding. There was also a clump of cables left on the floor between the front seats. While that was disappointing, the pluses clearly outshined the minus.

The whole experience was great! I dropped my car off, the rental was there, they texted me through the week to let me know how the schedule was going. I picked my car up exactly one week later and it looks beautiful.! I dropped the rental off when I picked up my car at Badell‘s and I didn’t even have to wait for someone from Enterprise. The whole experience was great! This is the second time I’ve used Badell’s for someone hitting my car over the last 10 years. I would definitely recommend taking your car there, you will not be sorry!
