Well the starte is out and we just got the car back yesterday! The other repairs were good though. It’s just they should have gotten the starter fixed too under the warranty

Gabe and Steven were great! They communicated with me every step of the way. They gave me updates before the insurance company even got back to me! My car was brand new only 4 months old when it got wrecked. When I got it back, it looked like I just pulled it off the lot. I swear it drives better than before! I really recommend Baker Nissan Collision, and God forbid if it happens again, I’ll bring my vehicles back to this shop again! The team is great, I really would recommend them!

I trusted you to repair my car. I went with your estimate as opposed to going someplace else. It appears that you did the VERY LEAST to make sure my vehicle left here looking good. You sent my car out of here with mismatched headlights. Your estimate SHOULD HAVE INCLUDED replacing both headlights. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. I feel that I HAVE BEEN LOWBALLED!!!

This Collision center has helped me twice after a car accident. Mariano took care of my car and handled everything directly with the insurance company. They know how to work with estimates, payments and even the rental car. The first time someone hit my car I was so overwhelmed and didn't know how this process works, so thanks God they did all that process and above all, they left my car really nice, brand new pieces and like if nothing happened. While they were working on it, they left voicemails/ texts with updates and had the car ready in just a few days. I was surprised bc the dealer where I originally bought it had told me that job could take up to 16 weeks!. I thank Mariano and all the team bc I dont have time for a long journey and they handled everything, I dropped off my car, left in my rental car and a few days later, went back and picked up my car professionally repaired and they delivered the rental for me.
