Steven at Baker Collision communicated with me every step of the way through the repair process. He answered all of questions and he was professional & kind. When the repairs were completed I mentioned that I need to get an oil change and he transferred my car to the service department then called me once everything was done. When I picked up my beautiful car he ended my car rental reservation so that Enterprise would pick it up. Steven made sure my check out was so easy and I was grateful! The entire department at Baker Collision are the best in the business!!!!!

As a customer I should not have to call to check for a status on my vehicle. I understand it takes time for an adjuster to give an estimate on the damages. I didn’t like the fact there were searches on the shift gears and my seat on driver side was lumpy. This is a brand new vehicle and I take care of my SUV. Your svc tech had to tighten the screws on the bumper area because they were kinda loose. This is the reason why I am giving a 7 rating.
