The people I. The office are wonderful! I truly appreciated thwir help. They listened and answered all my concerns respectfully and knowledgeablely. However a 4 day (according to the other car drivers insurance) taking 10 days was shocking. I am hoping that I get the money for the rental in a timely manner, because it left me with $30.00 in my account till 8/15. $900.00 is a large amount for them to cover.
