Mariano was excellent—professional, kind, empathetic, and honest. The front desk person was also very nice, and my car was fixed properly—it looked perfect. I also appreciate that this location is close to my house, which is convenient. However, the manager, Gabriel, was very unpleasant. He had a bad attitude, seemed annoyed, and acted as if he disliked his job, which made the experience challenging. His demeanor made me hesitant to return.

Mariano was very kind a helpful with a little defect that I didn’t notice when I picked up my car the first tine, she facilitated the process fast and easy! Always a kind face and attitude helps when you are in distress because somethings have to be fix, become the timing etc. in the other hand the manager Gabriel is always unpleasant to talk with, very dismissive, rude and with a bad face.
