The whole experience was awesome. No-one wants to have an accident but my collision specialist Marinara was just so patient and kind. He kept us updated answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and polite and made a very stressful time so much easier. The receptionist was very kind as well . Called our rental company and they delivered the car to Baker Nissan for us. Just a very pleasant and organized staff

Transmission oil hose leaking

The car was not verified before released it. This have a transmission oil hose broken it generates smoking and no sure if I will have problems with the transmission in the future. I notified and the hose was fixed. Now the car I still have oil in the area, no sure if the oil was not cleaned or if the leak is persistent. The under engine cover was not reinstalled after repair.

When I arrived, the lady did not introduce herself or have a friendly disposition. It took almost an hour to get the Uber, there was no follow up to see what was taking so long, until I drew attention to it and it felt like it was a bother.
