Took my car in for repairs. No warning lights were on. When I picked my car up they alerted me to a headlight warning light that appeared while in there shop under their care. I discussed this issue with them and believe it was caused by them. Never heard back from them. They need to take responsibility for this.

Exterior looks great, but still concerned about the long period of repairs and delays, causing me out of pocket expenses. Still a concern about “interior road noise” I’m suspicious about since picking up truck. I’ve already spoken to an employee who has arranged a re-check by a technician in near future

The entire team of mechanics & office representatives took very good care of my SUV, after the accident, along with my insurance & rental. They made sure my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. They notified me to keep me updated on parts, correct paint, repairs, extended my rental with Enterprise & notified me when my SUV was ready for pickup. I wouldn't go to any other place, because Bakers Collision & Glass Body Shop is the Best!! I'm so grateful for the entire staff!!
