I am very confident about their dedication to fixing my car , leaving my car in the shop was a peace of mind to me knowing that all parts, broken pieces will be fixed like brand new when bought my car. I trusted their service and work aside from that the crews were friendly and will explain to you very well what they are going to fix. I brought my car few times in Balboa Auto Body in Balboa Ave. San Diego It is an Excellent shop for fixing cars. Will come back again for any repairs I needed in the future. They got the bumper in for my Camry quick and then installed an paint matched. Took maybe 4 days total. Unbelievably quick.

We switched from Caliber Collision to Balboa. We had previous claims using them and they were horrible. They even misplaced our car which ended up costing USAA hundreds more for rental. Your team at Balboa got us in and out in a week. GreaT service followed dropping the car off. We are very pleased with the work and service. We will ensure that USAA knows what a great job you guys did! We will never consider Caliber again. We will be giving Balboa all of our business in the future. We’ll done !

Victor did a great job of getting my car repaired and in a very timely manner . It was a great experience overall. This is the second time I have had my car repaired at Balboa auto repair and it did not disappoint. They did a good job ond I am very happy with my service and the car turned out better than expected. He went beyond what was expected and had a great attitude. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.
