First of all...the work you guys did on my Rogue was outstanding! 2nd...yer entire staff did an excellent job of helping me every step of the way. Cory and the lady at the front desk, and I apologize for not remembering yer name, both did a wonderful job of updating me on the work done on the car. That was very helpful! Repairs look fine, but the customer service was disappointing. I was given multiple completion dates (11/17, then 11/19, then “tomorrow”), and my car was not actually ready until 11/21. No one called to update me when the dates changed; I had to call you. There is also no pickup/shuttle option, even though I live only a few miles away. Overall, OK work but poor communication and convenience.
