I'd rate Balboa Auto Body as an 11 if that was an option! The team worked very hard to ensure high quality work and maintained clear communication throughout the entire process. Also, my car was cleaner after pickup than when I dropped it off! This was such a relief because I had an unexpected collision and wasn't able to clean the car myself before I dropped it off for repair 😫

Tim was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. He thoroughly explained what the repair would entail. Included details outlining the costs and put his description in understandable terms. He also showed empathy for my situation. I appreciated being treated like an individual with concerns and feelings rather than someone providing an opportunity for a business to make money. Tim made my experience so much more pleasant than I could have imagined. Suz was also a delight. My conversations with her also left me feeling that there was an authentic care about providing a positive experience during an unfortunate time! THANK YOU!

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Cory for her superb customer service. From day 1 she answered all my questions and went above and beyond. A few days after the car was towed to your business I had a surgery that prevented me from picking up the car. Cory offered to deliver my car. She made everything smooth and seamless. The process took a very long time... over a month. I did not expect it to take that long. Also, my insurance company, Wawanesa informed me the car will be ready but it took 3 or so weeks more before it is really ready.
