When I picked up my car there was still wax and dullness on my rear bumper that you guys fixed wasn’t happy with the finish product brought it back and was told to come back in two weeks so they could fix it wow not good service

More updates from Armando would help with planning rental cars and such. I understand the manufacturers could not provide a clear ETA but please communicate even that. Armando did make up for the delay by also replacing my dying battery which I greatly appreciate so overall a job well done. The body work is beautiful. I understand Balboa is not responsible for parts ETA, however more more frequent communication could be improved. Everything else (which is allot!) was stellar. And Armando is professional, courteous and wants to make things right which we appreciated greatly.
