From the beginning, Andrew and Stephanie were great. Of course I was upset and they were able to lighten up the situation and put me completely at ease. Andrew told me he woukd keep me updated on the progress, and he always did. I would highly recommend Bale Collision on Cross Street in downtown to anyone who has had the misfortune of bringing in an accident. They were kind, honest, friendly, and supportive in every way.

I felt that Bale Collision kept me appraised of the progress for the repair. I also like that the staff answered the phone with a big smile. After you have an accident you are dealing with many issues I appreciated their positive attitude, helpful interest in supporting me with details like having a Lyft ride arranged to get to and from the facility. I would recommend them to friends and family.
