I was kept informed as the process went along and actually got my vehicle back 2 days earlier than promised. The body shop also worked with service to get my oil changed while you had it so I didn’t have to make another trip.

Great experience from beginning to end. Customer service was excellent and repairs to my truck were perfect. They even buffed out a few older scratches that were not part of the damage I brought it in for. Highly recommend this team.

Great experience from start to finish. The customer service was fantastic and the repairs were perfect. One thing to bring particular attention to was that I talked to a person when I called, not a machine, and they knew about my particular vehicle and were able to answer questions about the repairs timeline. I got routine texts about my vehicle that were obviously automated, but when I responded to those with a question, I got a response from a person within a short period of time. I will use Bale Collision again if needed and recommend them to others as well.
