The repair itself, and the customer service, were terrific. The time that it took was very challenging for me, and I realize that was not predominantly due to any person at Bale Collision. I was upset that I received text messages from Bale saying that the repairs were on track, with an anticipated pick-up day and time. I learned on the pickup day that the parts hadn't even been received yet. So I haven't idea who sent those texts, or why. But Bale loaned me a vehicle after that, which was extremely helpful.
