The back bumper and D pillar. As well as the hood was to be repaired as stated in the quote from LIBERTY mutuals. But only the front bumper cover was repaired or replaced

Parts of the work were done very well, and some not. Parts of my experience were terrible and other parts... were less terrible. I would tell someone your shop is capable of good work, but good luck getting it the first time around and good luck getting your car back in the time you're told it will be done.

The vehicle is mostly back to where it was prior to the accident. I have been offered to bring it back to Bale a third time, but making the time to bring it back and find another vehicle to drive make it prohibitive after your center already had my vehicle for 32 days.

Josiah was easy to deal with, and I completely understand that he was busy and the only person in doing his job. I have no complaint with him specifically. However, my experience is still important to me. I was not informed prior to any of the many delays. If a call was returned it was either much-much later in the day or could be days later. My calls were almost never answered. The young person who was there when I picked up my vehicle was completely out of the loop with concern to the issues I had, but was all too willing to make excuses. Overall my experience wasn't great although my dealings with Josiah specifically were fine.

My vehicle took a liitle extra time to repair because a part's shipping was delayed repeatedly. Andy was very helpful...I was also thankful that they washed my vehicle for me after the repair.
