Andrew was patient and diligent when it came to assisting. He conferred with my insurance and myself numerous of times and worked until all was resolved. He was very thorough with communicating with me, and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. When getting my vehicle back it was more than I’d expected. I will definitely return, and recommend them to others. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I'll give them an 8. Scott, Rick, and Andrew were absolutely fantastic and for the most part, other than the paint over spray issues, I'm very happy with the repairs. I would hesitate to recommend anyone due to the hassle I had with the billing department.

The quality of the repair itself was very high. The fender they replaced was fit perfectly back into place, and the gaps between panels seems consistent with the other side. The paint match on the fender panel and adjacent door are perfect. My only complaint is about paint details. There was a little paint splatter/over spray on the grill and bumper area I noticed a day or two later after I picked it up. I had to remove the tiny white/light gray paint dots from my black bumper and grill. I also have noticed an area under the rocker panel at the pinch weld where it looks like some white or light gray paint was sprayed and it didn't get covered up by the black overcoat paint. It's underneath but is visible from the side profile. I didn't notice it until afterwards also. These are details I feel like should have been caught by the painter.
