Working with Bale could not have gone smoother. Communication with Andrew was excellent! He was very informative throughout the entire process. The repair time was quick. Andrew was also so helpful working directly with our insurance agency to make sure we paid the correct deductible. Top notch customer service!

the work looks good, but instead of 4-5 days it took 6 weeks, and the communication was spotty and the AI texts were terrible, and i never felt like I got a strait answer to my questions.
