I am completely satisfied. Scott communicated with me throughout the service period. This gave me a sense of security and knowledge as to the type of repair work needed. I do have issues with State Farm which continued to delay approving the much needed repais. If it had not been for Scott, my car would still be in the shop. I will gladly recommend my friends and family to Bale Collison. Thanks to Scott for all his help in dealing with State Farm .
