The repairs they made were great. The communications were not as good. They were using a new computer driven email system which sent out confusing messages. The car was not finished until later than I was told it would be done.

Only time we heard from the company about delays was when we called. We maxed out our rental coverage from insurance and will be billed far more than our deductible. We are not happy.
