Very happy to respond once again to the work completed on my Ford Fusion 2020, Excellent Repair Job well done on my front Grill have yet to see how my mirror is working only because of the under carriage inspection which I have to take it somewhere else to get it examined fully, but Completely Satisfied with the listed damage that was Repaired 100% Satisfied.

The repairs went great but I waited over a month to get my car back. Every week I was told there was a new part coming in and that the car will be ready the week after. That was never the case it kept on being pushed to another week and when they finally gave it back they forgot to do an alignment so I had to bring it to Balise Mazda and have that done which took another almost 3 hrs. Overall the staff was friendly and tried to help as best they could but I didn’t have a great experience this time around.
