I was recommended to take my car to Bates a few years ago by Farmers insurance that they are a authorized repair facility. First I stopped at a chain repair place closer to my house just to get an estimate. Immediately I didn't like it. I needed to make an appointment just for an estimate.Bates you drive up and they take care of you immediately. The other place I felt like a number unlike Bates you are a name a person. Brian makes you feel like a friend the minute you walk in. I strongly believe in utilizing family businesses whenever possible and Bates is just that family. They kept me up to date on repair progress and had my car ready when promised. The detail to work was amazing and when I needed to get my car repaired again it was a no brainer to take it back to Bates Auto Body. I have recommended them to other people that needed repairs on there cars as well. Gregg Matthews

Very Fast Service and very kind....they called me as soon as my car was ready and it was ready two days before it was estimated to be done..they offered to deliver my car as well as a ride if I needed one....I would definitely do buisness with Bates Auto Body shop again.
