No need to contact me, I was so impressed when I was contacted by e-mail each day informing me of the progress. Then I was told my vehicle would be ready on Thursday and waited by the phone all day, by 5:10 I decided to call, which I did 4 timea only to get voicemail, no one returned my call of course I know you closed at 5:30. On Friday morning I called at 7:30 to be told I was contacted on Thursday at 3:00, didn't answer and a voice mail was left for me, which did not happen as I said I kept my phone with me all day in anticipation of picking my vehicle up - I was also told you were having a "function" and that was probably why the phone wasn't answered. I was told it would be ready Friday, which it was at 4:00 PM. If I had been told "So Sorry we dropped the ball and failed to call you Thurs. that would have been much more appreciated."
