We have been taking our vehicles to Bates Custom & Collision for at least 20 years. We have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with the repairs they have done for us! They have awesome customer service! You get contacted every day your car is in their shop. On top of being a great business, they are very involved with the community and help people who are disadvantaged every year. The owners are genuinely amazing people!
