Bates Representative, Mr Adrian, was very professional, understanding & patient with me over the phone the day of my accident. He kept me updated on the progress by either calling me and/or sending text messages. I love the decor of the Repair shop bc it made me smile when i wentcto pick up my car. He even made sure it washed & dried. The work was completed at time promised & also when I needed it to be completed. Im very pleased w/ Mr Adrian & all who worked on my car. I was very pleased with the service I recd from Bates Collision Repair Shop. Mr Adrian was very professional, courteous & understanding of my situation. He kept me updated on Repair progress by phone, Text & Email. The job was completed on the date promised & allowed me to come pick up my car on Monday since I was from out of town. My windshield, roof & rear view mirror all appeared to be repaired properly & he even had my car washed & waiting at front door. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing collision repair. I also loved the Decor of the shop. It had the look of TV show "Happy Days" which made it unique, comfortable & made you smile! Thank you for great service!'

The repair was shit. They left excess residue everywhere the body panels meet, they were unable to reattach my rear left passenger door seal flush and it’s protruding unnaturally now. They failed to properly reconnect my damaged taillight and left me to deal with persisting issues regarding the turn signal and brake lights, meaning I’ve had to return multiple times to sort this out . Also, the detail I was promised was performed lazily, during work the car must’ve been filled with dust, and when it came time to clean it all up they couldn’t be bothered to clean between the seats or inside cupholders or the center console, I got my car back covered in more dust and dirt than I had received it, there’s a layer of dust in every nook and cranny now. I would never recommend this place to anyone as it’s just one big headache caused by incompetence, Bates Collison cares very little about customer satisfaction, they charge insurance companies a maximum premium for the job yet deliver sub-par work to the actual vehicle owner.
