The front desk employee was less knowledgeable about my repairs than when I used Bates for vehicle repairs in the past. I had to inform myself about the status of my repairs through my insurance. I was disappointed with the front desk customer service rendered when my vehicle was dropped off, and I can only hope that it will be addressed.

The gentleman at the front desk has little knowledge about the process and protocol for keeping the customer informed about the progress of vehicle repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, the same individual did not perform an overview of what had been repaired nor do a walkaround to ensure the customer was satisfied—a courtesy service that I had become accustomed to when I used Bates.

I and my family been a customers for several years, and let me say we have never been disappointed. but when my vehicle got vandalized I quickly called bates took it in on Wednesday and brought home very next day Thqnk u Jansen and Chris and to all the workers that saved my truck and I didn’t have to pay for another rental by far the best place to come to all hands down .
