From the first phone call until I got my car back Bates kept me informed the entire way. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and understanding and so pleased to help me. I hope I won’t have to use them again but I’m glad I know where I will go if I need to.

Bates is the only place I would take my 2000 Corvette. They care about your vehicle not to mention I’ve never been surprised on their pricing always reasonable. Highly recommend!!
