I want to thank the entire staff of Bates that assisted in completing me bringing by Suburban home two (2) weeks early. When Fanessa called on Friday, July 15, 2016 and told me that it was a strong possibility that the completion date for my 2008 Black Suburban would be this week I was over elated. I shared my connection with this vehicle with Fanessa and she went to work. It belonged to my late husband, Captain Dwight W. Bazile, of the Houston Fire Department, who lost his life last February 21, 2015 in the line of duty.

The only thing we had issue is our alarm has needed to be reset. The work done interfered with our alarm system on vehicle.
